Gabby Lucia is a UK based surface pattern designer and illustrator.

Her unique, playful pattern designs are inspired from her attraction to bright colour palettes and her love of children's illustrations.

She loves to explore historical patterns for inspiration, particularly taking inspiration from traditional folk art tapestry. 

Gabby Lucia studied BA Honours Illustration For Communication at Ravensbourne University London and graduated in the year 2021.

To date she has had three years experience designing illustrated products for the children’s learning resource company The Little Coach House, specialising in logo and illustrated product design. Other clients incude Forest Folk Play and Bertie and the Boys. Gabby has recently won the OHH DEER packaging design competition which she really enjoyed working on.

Gabby Lucia is open to freelance, licensing and project collaborations.
