Ivan is a multidisciplinary designer and art director who focuses on different mediums exploring various forms of design. His practice is based within the fields of art, culture and commerce: his interests are in editorial, artworks and advertising. Of particular interest are his investigations into motion techniques, where he works at the intersection of moving image and type.
Noi - Storie Inedite di Ultras – This editorial narrates the fascinating traditions of ultras culture. I’ve investigated into background stories, beliefs, family, and politics.
Memento Attimi – This work emphasises the relationship between the mind and a careful selection of objects, trying to focus on forgettable items in order to create new memories.
Coca-Cola Cinematic Experience – This website focuses on a wide range of Coca-Cola product placements throughout two different decades: the 1970’s and the 2010’s.
Come Oggi is a 2020 font that focuses on distorted type. It evolves around the over-used, re-posted quality of memes around social medias. The topic of choice to inspire this font was the 21st century social medias battle between Italian politicians. My work wants to make fun of this aspect of politics, showing how we evolved from a more respectable species to a complete joke.
