Jack Newnham

Jack is an offline editor specialising in documentary and short film. He is a hard-working and thoughtful individual when it comes to his work and always delivers the best outcome for his client’s needs.

Most recently, he has been volunteering at Crawley Swimming Club since the start of Covid-19, shooting and editing a selection of short documentaries and promotional content for the club. This helped them grow their space within the swimming community and achieve an exclusive contract with swimwear giants Speedo. Furthermore, he also worked with West Sussex County Council producing an advert for their teacher training conference.

Jack is also a trusted individual to provide feedback to both clients and fellow editors, often problem solving when problems arise. His delicacy and persuasion when talking about problems with clients' ideas is a massive asset. He also listens to those around him and enjoys experimenting with other people’s ideas. The ability to work within a team or individually is a massive asset within Jack's arsenal.

In his retail job, Jack has often been given a range of different responsibilities from the front of house to stock taking and maintenance. Furthermore, with the busy nature of Primark and Sainsburys, Jack has shown that he would be able to deal with the busy post-production workflow whilst maintaining excellent client service. He knows that an excellent client experience means repeat business.
