The project brief proposes 3 model making workshop spaces for metal, wood and clay, with an auditorium and an exhibition space for the socially excluded youth aged 18-23 in Peckham.

Omar has also included a green space in his proposal to increase the biodiversity of Peckham and for future projects to follow.
