Patricia Zola
Patricia is someone who has been in love with fashion since her pre-teens. Admiring the whole creative process of the fashion industry has inspired her to learn and gain knowledge from it. From creative direction to brand identity, Patricia has been able to shape herself as a creative individual during her time with Ravensbourne. Through Ravensbourne, she was able to find her love and passion for styling. Working with brands such as Farai London on their SS20 and AW20/21 looks and working with individuals such as celebrity stylist Shaquille Williams and Princess Diana wedding dressmaker Elizabeth Emmanuel.
Patricia was able to push the boundaries in the industry through her Final Major Project app, called Mingwardrobe. Creating the app on the software Adobe XD, allowed her to be as creative and innovative as possible. Her love for styling and technology was able to fuse well together when making this app. She was able to research what was the gap in the market which was that fashion is behind on technology in so many ways. Creating a shopping/styling app, where user's customisable avatars can 'try on' fits for them before purchasing the product. The concept is fresh and nothing was seen before. Users can purchase from brands with low, mid, and high price points, to create an inclusive app for everyone in the gen z cohort. It's fresh, it's innovative, and it challenges the old-fashioned way of user consumerism.
