Luana Gazziero da Silva
Luana is an ambitious designer, who moved from Brazil to the UK, to fulfil her dream of studying in London. Inspired by some of the greatest designs in the world, such as the Colosseum, she will continue her studies by undertaking an Architecture degree at the University of Westminster. During her time at Ravensbourne University, Luana has always gone beyond her limits to come up with innovative projects which she was proud of.
Throughout the past year, she dedicated her time learning new techniques and now has a vast knowledge of different software and methods of representing her work. Focusing more on digital work, SketchUp and Photoshop is her favourite combo because it allows her to show her ideas in a clear and professional way.
FMP final piece – Combination of dreams and impossible architecture by creating a multi-purpose building with a dreamy aspect to it, incorporated with an iridescent material that reflects the sunlight on the floor.
Client brief based outcome. Scandinavian floating summerhouse. The first image is the physical model which was made using foam board, and the rest is digital, made with SketchUp and Photoshop.
This is the first project done during the 3DCP pathway. Inspired by spontaneous model making, I've created this eco-friendly cabin.
Exterior designed based on an Architectural style (minimalism). For this project, I decided to challenge myself by creating a house on a snowy environment, which led me to extra research of technical aspects.
This is the second outcome I've designed the first 3DCP project. It's a room divider and also a giant scratching post for cats.
