Millie is an enthusiastic and dedicated individual, who has a degree in Fashion Buying and Brand Management. Her degree has given her a wealth of knowledge about the fashion industry and has allowed her to develop the essential skills needed to enter the industry. She has found strengths in trend forecasting, product development, branding, and buying. She is passionate about using her skillset to make positive changes within the industry. She has explored this idea throughout her final major project, generating a fully rounded proposal. Millie has a strong eye for detail and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Rules for Living – This is a proposal page for the final major project. Rules for Living is a sustainable knitwear brand that looks out for the wellness of both people and the planet. The fashion industry has an impact on the environment but also can have damaging effects on people's mental health.
Core Values – These outline the core values of the brand. The quality is an essential aspect to the sustainability of the product as this ensures it can be worn for a long time. Consumer wellness and the environmental impact are also key aspects to all decisions made.
Trend Board – This is a section from a trend forecasting pack. The A/W trend is titled Re-rooting. It has been inspired by nature and takes earth colours to create feelings of grounding and security.
A/W Range Plan – This is the final range plan for A/W 22/23.
Branding – This gives an overview of the branding. Branding is minimal, elegant and timeless.
